Best Position To Sleep At Night W Out Harm To My Baby

I am 10 weeks pregnant. I've heard it's best to sleep on the left side but I find myself through the night on my tummy, back, right & left. Since I'm not very far along, am I causing trouble for my baby?

no u are not causing any harm to your baby. later on in pregnancy u will be to big to even sleep on ur front so dont worry about that. If your still unsure ask your doctor or midwife about it. :)

I'm 14 weeks and struggling to sleep on my left side too. What helps me is to lay on my side, then put my left knee on a firm pillow, so I'm sort of on my side but I feel like I'm on my tummy and I can sleep. I remember from my last pregnancy that it gets way too uncomfortable to sleep on your tummy or back. I've seen inflatable mattresses for sale that have a hole for a baby bump in the middle, so that you can sleep on your stomach throughout pregnancy.
