Hi girls' Well with my first I was sick as soon as I woke up! and staight through to 4 months. The only thing that HELPED was eating..as much as you don't want the food eat, eat, eat...Now before you get out of bed eat some crackers (not saltenes) eat gram, granola bars, chz crackers, ex.. and have water.. and eat that before you even get out of bed, let it set a little bite before you move about.. and then don't let yourself get the hungry feeling through the day, cause you don't get the hungry feeling you just get the sickness right away..you see food! so eat 6 small meals a day for awhile. I know that seems like alot but we are not eating a five course here just snacks. If your husband /boyfriend leaves in the morning for work have them put some fresh water or juice next to your bed..juice seemed to help to (the sugar).Good luck ladies hope this helps you !!!

my mum also rocomended dry toast and black tea works everytime
