It's kicking my butt! Any advice? I feel sleepy all the time too. But mainly, it's the vomitting.

If you vomit too mcuh and loose weight, you should go andsee ur doc. It happened to me before, I lost 10lbs in 3-4 weeks. Your doc can give u info on how to coupe with mourning sickness or even medication if it is really bad. Hope this helps you.

eat small snacks all day. I found that saltines (although bland) really helped. Yogurt also helps. I only lost 4lbs in a month...so it wasn't THAT bad...but I was puking 3-4 times a day and not really eating substantial meals. I'm not very nauseous in my 9th week...but I'm very tired... so I think the fatigue sticks around longer! :-)

yeah, you need to eat before you feel terrible. as soon as you get up, eat crackers. then an hour later, have a yogurt. then in an hour, have a cereal bar. eat small snacks with lots of good carbs and protien. part of why we get sick is because our blood sugar isn't catching up with the hormones and the amound of work our bodies are doing. as soon as i feel gaggy and like i need to puke, i eat a snack and it goes away right away. at first, i retch at the thought of eating something, but that first bite makes it all go away...for about an hour. if i remember correctly, we're about the same time along...i'm 7 weeks. how's everything else going?

Yep - try to not let your stomach get empty, that is what I have found that works the best!!
