Annticipation And Impatient

Worry wort - January 25

My next doctors appointment is not for another week and a half and I am so impatient and anxious. I will be 9 weeks at that point, but I don't feel pregnant at all. The only symptom I may even have is having to use the restroom more, and that is only because I am drinking more water than I ever have before. But I am scared to death also, because like I said I just don't "feel" pregnant. I am scared that I will go to the dr after all this anticipation to find something had gone wrong or the baby is not there. I know I must sound crazy, but this almost keeps me up at night, and of course my dr's office just says to keep my normal apt. there is no need to come in early.

I have the same issue. My best friend got to see her baby yesterday and I am so happy because we have the same due date. I am just so anxious for my u/s. I just pray that every thing will be ok. But, I know that it is in God's hands so I can't worry. My appt. is Feb. 1st.

thank you for your response. I can relate to so many people on this site. I know I might be panicking, but I just want everything to be ok.

Worry, you are preaching to the choir. I am 6wk5d and have no symptoms really. If I press on my b___bs, they are a little sore and I have to pee more because I am drinking more H2O, but my symptoms are not the typical pregnancy symptoms that most people complain about. I too don't "feel pregnant" Since you have made it to your 9th week, I am sure you are okay, as long as you haven't had bad cramping and/or spotting. I hopefully have my first u/s tomorrow, so I will keep you posted. Try to relax (if you can!)

Hi Ekay, unfortunately I have not made it to my ninth week, I am only 7 and won't be nine until my drs. appointment. so you are right there behind me. Good luck tomorrow and keep us posted on that ultra sound. Since it seems like we are in the same boat, I will be looking forward to your good news.

Oh, sorry about the misunderstanding!!!! Okay-NO ONE HEARD ME SAY THIS-but if you are really really concerned, go to the emergency room and say you are pg and had bad cramps and bleeding and normally they do an u/s and have higher tech machines than in the dr.'s office. Hopefully the results will put your mind at ease until your appt.

Hi Ekay, no harm in the misunderstanding. And I am almost to scared to know or find out, I think I will just wait for my appointment. How did yours go today?

There was a heartbeat today! I am still worried though because it wasn't as fast as I thought it should have been, ,but my OB didn't seem concerned at all. I was just glad to see a heartbeat. I also don't think I am as far along as they think I am. They have me at 6w5d, but I have a 30 day cycle and I had implantion bleeding 10 days instead of 7 after ovulation. I don't know maybe I am trying to make myself feel better. Still worried though. :( Still doing the waiting game.

CONGRATULATIONS Ekay, I am so happy to hear there is a heartbeat! see now just relax a little!! Now I get to be the worrier, not that that is a good thing :0(. I cannot wait until the 4th so I can know! I have had more cramping than usual these past few days, I hope it is just me growing.
