Anyone Else Having Trouble

Hi Ladies. Are any of you having trouble sleeping at night? I am so exhausted all day, but when I go to bed I'm tossing and turing all night. It's not until about 6am when I finally really fall asleep and then I have to get up by 7, (which is really late for me, I need to be getting up at 5:30 or 6). I go to bed early (I aim for 9 to compensate for getting up early). The thing is I'm tired all day, but when I get into bed I can't sleep! I don't know if it's because I'm now trying to sleep on my side, but nothing is comfortable anymore. I'm 12w2d today. If any of you have any advice that can help, I would really appreciate it. I just don't think it can be good for me to be this tired all day.

Hey alisonelecia! I'm having the same problem...well, sort of. I'm exhausted by the end of the day and have to work at home until at least 10 or 11. I pa__s out and then I'm wide awake at 2-3 in the morning until 5-6 then up by 7 for work. I put mine down to stress, but maybe it's something else. Between the hormones hijacking my brain and total fatigue, I don't know how much more of this I can take.

I am 10 w.....I have been having the worse time sleeping also...I'm not sure if it's because my brain keeps going over how excited that I'm pregnant?? Or that I have to keep using the rest room?? Or that I also worry that I'm sleeping on the wrong side?? Or that my husband bad breath must be blocked out by a mt. of blankets. However I am lucky I stopped working a week after finding out i was preg. But it's screwing me up...Alison have you tried using a body pillow, or buying some new comfy bedding..Thats my plan to make it more comfortable...Is it true when your preg. u should be sleeping on your Left Side? Because this really isn't working for me:)

I am with you! I did see a pregnancy pillow at Target, I think it was made by Boppy, and it looked sooooo comfy. It was somewhere around $55 so I was wondering if it was worth it!!! A pillow between my legs did help with my 1st pregnancy, so I am almost ready to try it!

I used a body pillow late in my first pregnancy, but I never thought to use it this early. You're right, it was really comfortable. I'm going to give it a try.

I am having the same problem. But, I can go to bed at 8:30/ 9:00 and go to sleep just fine, up and down peeing a lot, but then its like a timer goes off at 1am and I am up and have trouble going back to sleep. I got this pillow from Babies R Us called a "Snoogle" and it seems to help, but I wake up at night so hot with the fan on high, the pillow is just too hot for me! I toss and turn and want to sleep sooooo bad! And then, I am so exhausted all day at work! I just yawn all day long! I am so looking forward to the 2nd Trimetser!
