Well, I am only 6 weeks pregnant and I have had this nasty sinus infection w/ post nasal drip that keeps me up coughing at night for two weeks. My twin sister dealt with these throughout her pregnancy. She told me to "irrigate" my sinuses a few times daily ( I use a baby syringe in a salt water and pinch of baking soda solution) and it clears out my nose. The drip is making my cough awful though. My mom suggested Airborn lozenges and a humidifier. The humidifier is supposed to help a lot and will come in handy for the baby if it ever gets a cold too. Haven't gotten it yet though. Hope you feel better soon!!

alkalol. That is what the drs told me to use. empty a otc spray mist and fill it with the alkahol. It helped mine.
