Ok, 3 days b4 my period I slipped and fell on ice, face first and hit my stomach. I havent gotten my period on Feb 1st, which is good news for me. But since I ddi fall on my stomach does that get a chance of a m/c?

Your baby is so protected by the thick uterine wall, fat, skin, and amniotic fluid that the mother has to be seriously injured to cause a miscarriage. And the baby would be so tiny (smaller than a grain of rice) right now it wouldn't even phase it! So your fine sweetie! Good luck.

i agree with preggoplease. HIGHLY unlikely

Mommies slip, trip, and fall all the time because pregnancy has a tendency to knock off our balance. Your body is well prepared for that kind of situation.

your fine, especially this early on....they worry about woman falling on their bellies when they are showing and huge because THEN the baby is actually a baby and it could cause a woman to go into labor......right now, it wouldn't faze it at all

Yeah I think the movies sometimes take it a little far. Oh no she fell, now she's had a miscarriage. The female body is stronger than you think. I agree with Tammy just be concerned about falling later when your bellys stickin out, and babys exposed a little more.
