Can T Get Off The Couch To Go To The Gym Help

i've always gone to the gym. i've never been a skinny minnie but always wanted to!! now that i'm pregnant i feel myself gaining weight although i don't think i'm really eating THAT much. i keep saying i'm going to the gym but instead i go to the couch and take a nap. i seriously haven't been to the gym, or gone for a walk, since i have been pregnant. I'm 9.5 weeks today. what is the deal. i want to go but i'd rather nap. anyone else as unmotivated?

lol story of my life lately. i just feel so lazy and tired lately. plus, it's so hard to go out and get exercise when i already have a 14 month old and no babysitter.

At this point its more bloat than actual weight gain. It'll go away. But really, you don't need to exercise any of that off. There are guidelines as to how much you should increase your heartrate. They tell you all the time, pregnancy is NOT the time for weightloss. So, for now, just enjoy having an excuse to be lazy.
