Cold Flashes Anyone Else

I'm 5 weeks and currently feel cold flashes more than hot flashes. Is this normal, or anyone else in the same boat? When I see the dr. I'll test to see if I'm anemic but want to get a sense of how common this is?

I am 10 weeks and have been freezing the entire time. I have not discussed this with my doc yet, but plan to today. Seems like my hands and nose are always cold and I need to be by the heater or fireplace to warm up.

Lina, thanks so much for your response. Please keep me updated on what your doctor says today. I also have a doctors appt. (weekly as I had a miscarriage in sept) so I'm very anxious. I thought you have hot flashes and I can't find anything on the web that talks about cold flashes.

HI! I have gotten them a few times too - and it's WAMRM here in Hawaii! I found myself sliding on long sweat pants and a sweatshirt - which I NEVER wear here, just kept them for trips to the mainland, and also had to cuddle up under my comforter, and I was still cold! What causes this I wonder? Probably all of our energy is being used to nourish baby and we get weak/cold as a result???

I was freezing last night while laying in bed. I dunno what it was if it was normal. Sometimes I would have to go to bed nearly in the nude because I was so dang hot, but lately these "cold flashes" have been coming up. to the point where Im covered in goose bumps from head to toe? Why could this be? Anyone know? Its my first pregnancy, Im 7w3d. Any suggestions
