Hi, I have been doing research and see that cramping is ok as long as no bleeding. Its just uncomfortable. How long does this usually last? Thanks, new to this

Cramping can run right through the pregnancy, although it can be more pronounced around the time when your period is due. Unless cramping is severe (that is, takes your breath away) and/or accompanied by bleeding, then it's nothing to worry about. Also, as your uterus expands, you will also get round ligament pains. These can manifest themselves via short, sharp jabbing pains - ie when you sneeze, you might feel a pain that goes away within a few seconds. Pregnancy is a joy from start to finish, isn't it?!
