Cramps After Bowel Movement

I think I may be pregnant after a miscarriage in August. Both during my first pregnancy and now I'm experiencing cramps after bowel movements. It is not severe and goes away in minutes. I'm just concerned because my last pregnancy ended in miscarriage and I don't want to stress about it through the entire first trimester, so if anybody can put my mind at ease, please let me know.

I think it is normal during pregnancy to be extra sensitive to gas pains and other aches. I know my abs are sore for no apparent reason except that I am 5 weeks pg. I would just mention it to your dr next time you see them. Any cramps, as long as they are not severe or accompanied wtih blood are supposed to be ok. Have you taken a test yet?

No, I haven't taken a test yet. I don't want to see a negative, so I'm waiting as long as I can hold out. I'm wondering why my cramps would be AFTER a bowel movement if it's gas.

Hon, EVERY muscle, ligament and what-not loosens down there when you are preggers... worse each time around I think (#4 here) cause I sneeze or move suddenly and I think I am going to pop out an ovary! OUCH! Cramps, pulls, tugs, etc. Very normal!! :)
