Due Date Calendars

Have any of you used due date calendars? It has you put in your 1st day of your LMP.....then calculates how far along you are, and gives you date of conception. The websites seem to be saying that the Dr. will go by the first day of your last period to determine how far along you are, so even if you conceived only 2 weeks ago, they call you 4 weeks pregnant. Does this seem right? And if yes, when most of you are saying you are 4 weeks, is it by this formula, or 4 weeks from exact date of conception?

Well I was going by my last cycle which was 4/16 so I was supposed to be going on 8 weeks however I went to my doc and had an ultrasound and the sac is only measuring 5 weeks and a few days. My doc said he is going by my ultrasound date, he thinks that I ovulated later than I should have. I have used www.maternitycorner.com and I really like their due date calendar. I cannot answer your last question b/c I have to ask the nurse that myself on Tuesday. I was apparently exactly 5 weeks last Wed. so does that my conception date was May 5th? I will ask about that.
