Exercise

I'm in a 5th week of pregnancy and this is my first one. Before pregnancy I was highly active in sport, I had tae-bo trening 6 times a week and jogging almost every day. Now I'm scared to exercise, cause of baby. Do you exercise and how? I hate group exercises for pregnant women and I would rather do it alone.I don't have morning sicknes at all and I'm feeling great, like I was before pregnancy so I guess a bit of activity wont harm my baby, but I'm not sure. Was anyone in same situation?

Exercise is highly recommended while pregnant. You just have to be careful not to over do it and stop as soon as you feel a little tiered or faint. You can do your jogging just cut it down a bit. If you go everyday for 30 min. that's fine but if you go for longer maybe cut down to 45 min – 1 hour 3-4 time a week. Give your self a day or 2 of rest/week. You should also jog at a pase that you can pa__s the “talk test” that is comfortably hold a conversation while exercising. Don't go any faster than that. There is a lot of jumping around in Tae-bo so you should cut that down a bit( ask your doc for advise on this one). Swimming is a great activity for pregnant woman and so is prenatal yoga - if you don't like the cla__ses you can get videos for this.
