why don't you get yourself a good book? like "what to expect when you're expecting" or something similar. there are tons of books out there. if you don't want to buy them then rent them from the library and copy parts you'd like to keep for reference. i know, this is a forum to answer questions, but getting a book is really recommended i think.

What to expect when your expecting is a great book. I have a few other too, and I read them all the time, they have really helped me. Also I watch Birth Day on Discovery Health on the east coast it is on 10am-11am. I work nights thats why I am home at this time. But maybe you could tape or Tivo it. It really gives insight to the birthing process, though sometimes its scares me a little. I cry everytime the baby comes out and the mother's see them for the first time. :o)
