First Tri Exercise Too Tired

this is my first pregnancy so I don't really know what to expect when it comes to weight gain, exercise and diet. I just know everyone says to work out and eat healthy, of course. But right now I am at 8 weeks and feel too tired and nauseous to exercise. And when I do get hungry for something, it is usually not something healthy. I feel like a blob already. I hope this isn't just a motivation problem??? anyone else feeling this way? or has anyone been through this that can give me some motivational words to get out there and work out? thanks.

Congrats on your pregnancy! Most women feel pretty c___ppy during the first trimester so try not to worry about exercising unless you really want to. Take a good quality prenatal vitamin and eat whatever you can keep down. Obviously you want to try for some good food if you can, nap when you can and you will feel better at about 14 weeks or so. Good luck and try not to worry about it. Make sure to take the vitamins though!

I am 10 weeks and I feel the same way. This isn't my first pregnancy. And I have felt like this in the first trimester every time. I am even a group fitness instructor (before I got pregnant). But it does get better. I haven't gained any weight yet, but without exercising I feel like a blob too :)
