Fresh Milk Tastes Sour Can Anyone Relate

I am an ova-lacto vegetarian and have really tried to increase my milk intake since I've been pregnant to make sure that I am getting enough protein, but lately even fresh milk tastes and smells like it is way past its due date. Has anyone had a similar experience or know anything about this?

Your sensors are just over-sensitive right now. :-) I only liked my milk, FRESH, FRESH, FRESH or I just couldn't drink it either.

Have you tried cottage cheese? I haven't had that problem with milk although chicken smells absolutely horrible. yeah, your nose is bionic right now so just take it as it comes. Try eating beans and peanuts/ peanut b___ter. I've found peanuts have more protein than some of the food I was eating. I'm having problems eating meat (I normally just ate chicken) so it's been hard for me with the protein problem.

I bought bags of milk the other day & poured myself a gla__s - I thought the milk was bad when I first tasted it too. (It wasn't.) So you're not the only one!

Here is a trick that might help - get a mug and fill it with milk. Nuke it for about two minutes on high (just the right temp to drink; cooked too long or if you leave it to cool after finished warming it will get a skin). When it is done, add about 1 tsp of maple syrup. This will change both the smell and flavour of the milk and hopefully make it palatable for you. I've been having one of these before bed.
