having sharp pains below rib cage on left hand side and they are rather severe is this normal?

I have severe pains on my right side under the rib cage area burning and sharp they can't figure out what is wrong

I was having that and went to the Urgent Care who sent me to the ER becuase they thought it could be my appendix. Turns out is wasn't but the dr said that it could me muscular. Like muscles tightening up.

the baby is most likely fine. in the first trimester baby is very small and nestled right behind your pubic bone. no where near your rib cage. in the mean time, all your other internal organs are doing alot of re-aranging to make room for the baby to grow. it's normal to get pains wile thigs are getting squished around. just mention it to your dr, but it's not anything to worry about.
