Is that good for y ou or no? I have been eating one a day for about a week and I am to busy to research since my daughter is a hand full lol so I just thought I would post and ask

Grapefruit as well as most other fruits are great for you .....in fact 4-5 servings of fresh fruits is good for you - I try to avoid fruit juice due to sugar and have oranges or grapefruits - so long as they don't give you heartburn...you should be good

Ok, cause I eat a grapefruit, and then I also snak on a big bowl of grapes

Grapefruits are very good for you, they contain lots of antioxidants that will help your prenatal pills to absorb into your system. Any acidic fruit will help your body to absorb iron as well. I'm 22 weeks but I tried to eat lots of oranges in my first tri. Sorry I'm a nursing student and I get all into the pregnancy nutrition.

Grapefruit is really good for you. Go for the fruit girl! I lived on peaches and plums my first trimester. And Gabby is totally right-- the citrus helps you absorb iron which is a tough one and one you really need in pregnancy.

Thats great to hear, I sorta turned against oranges...they taste nasty to me now, but I love the graprefruit, used to eat it with sugar or salt...but since pregnant haven't and absolutely love it plain
