I have had severe nausea for 3 weeks and it is much worse at night around dinner time. I have a hard eating and drinking and feel horrible most of the time. I can't stand the smell of ANYTHING. Has anyone tried thr prescription Diclectin? My Dr. said it is an antihistimine and has been thouroughly studied and is safe to use. I have friends who say it works like a miracle. What are your experiences...I need help with this!

I haven't taken it myself but I have a few friends that have. It worked like a charm for two of them but it didn't work as well for my other friend who said it only took the edge off her morning sickness. As far as I understand, it's quite safe but available only in Canada.

So, because I am still on the fence about taking this medication, I went back to the health food store and picked up the homeopathic remedy Ipeca, it seemed to work! I took it every 15 minutes until I felt improvemrnt and only had to take 2 doses. Another of M/S remedy is Sepia. Both of these are perfectly safe and gentle for pregnancy. I didn't have much luck with Sepia, but Ipeca has helped..normally at this time I am on the couch from feeling so sick. Hope this helps some of you!
