I have them already! I had them after giving birth to my son. What is safe to use? When I go #2 there is a little bit of blood.

Increase your fiber intake. Eat fiber-rich foods such as fruits, vegetables, and high-fiber cereals. Use fiber supplements like Metamucil® or Citrucel®. Even with a healthy, balanced diet, the fiber content may not be adequate. Although you may think of Metamucil and Citrucel as laxatives, they are simply a concentrated source of fiber, and therefore safely serve a useful purpose. The powder forms work better than tablets for most people. Be sure to drink a lot of liquids! Fiber supplements are safe even if taken on a daily basis

If you would feel better doing something natural, I noticed a hot bath helps, a lot.

Does eating high fiber foods simply help with making stool softer or does it help make hemroids go away?

painful - October 3

Ihaver had three kids, they are painful, cant remember how i got through it was 12 yrs since my lastone.. all i know is "this sounds gross but it works" If you can push it back up there into your anis. and squeese your b___t..it takes the pressure off the gland.. Its a blood vessel that has come out, usually from pushing to hard.. try to eat smaller meals, less cheese and yea higher fiber will help you pa__s your stool easier.lots of water... ice maybe will help the swelling too..... good luck.. owie brings backk painful memories..feel for ya..J
