IHello everyone, I'm 20 years old an a college student and am currently going on 10 weeks (Dr.'s say) and i jsut need to know how is that you just stop stressing so you won't harm the baby? I mean I stress everything and have a very short temper and I'm afraid I"m going to (God Forbid) lose my baby. Is it normal to be afraid of that as much as I am in the first trimester? DO all women go throught this fear? If so when wiill I get over it? I just need a little guidance and reassurance that my baby is going to be alright. I mean I stoppped smoking and drinking as soon as I found out and now I just worry about my baby being alright? What can I do to stop stressing all these things?

sweetie, you just have to let go and let god. He will handle things! Just do your best to stay healthy and stay away from things that are bad for your baby, nobody is perfect, but babies are born perfect everyday! it is normal for you to stress out and worry about everything though, afterall you have a big responsibility on your shoulders, but you just have to trust that God will take care of you and your baby
