I am in my 7th week and I do not have morning sickness but feel extremely quesy and nausea all the time-I can't fall asleep because I feel like I'm going to throw up but I don't! Any advice??

Do not, I repeat DO NOT let your stomach get completely empty. Try to eat crackers shortly before you go to bed, or something kinda bland and filling. From what I remember of my first pregnancy (and already true of this one-- I'm also in week 7), there is a fine line between "Honey, I'm hungry" to "If you don't feed me I'm gonna' tear someone's head off!!!" hahahaha Seriously, if you let your tummy bottom out, the nausea intensifies. Believe what you read about 6 smaller meals-- that's definitelly the way to go!
