YES! Go to you're drugstore and get ovulation tests that you pee on. Look for the ones that test the LH in your system. (Leutenizing Hormone is the chemical in your body that helps release your egg). That's how I got pregnant...Good Luck!

Sorry I should have added that after you get a positive result you're ovulation occurs within 12 to 24 hours.

Hi Lilly, I've been doing that but i read somewhere that just because u have the lh surge doesnt mean u send an egg. so u think as long as i get the lh surge and my temp is doing what it should be the egg is being released?

Anna, even if you get a ++ ovulation ets, youmay not ovulate. The only true way to know is to monitor your ovulation through sonograms & the techs can tell when the follicle is formed, whether an egg was released or not & all that stuff. The ovulation predictor test only measures a level of LH hormone in your blood. this Hormone "surges" 12-48 hours before ovulation. However, it is possible to have the surge & then have a problem with the ovulation process & not release an egg, perhaps the follicle doesn't release properly or there weren't any ripe eggs that month to be released. But, on the brighter side of things, I got pregnant the first month that I used a OPK after we had been trying a few months.... It let us know exactly when to get to business & it worked!
