I was the same way and so are/have been millions of other women. The best thing you can do is to stay hydrated and try to eat foods that are not upseting to your stomach, whatever they may be. Yogurt smoothies are an excellent source of protein and are soothing to the digestive track. I use vanilla yogurt, frozen berries, a tablespoon of OJ and some protien powder. Blend and it is a meal. One smoothie some protein powder will give you 1/2 your needed protein for the day. A smoothie without the powder still has much protein.

If you cease to eat all together it can make you more weak and sick than if you eat neutral foods. Your body needs some protein and nutrients to support your growing baby.

I am 7 weeks and I'm experiencing the same thing. NOTHING sounds good to me - and a lot of times I think I've found something good - I make it - and it too all of a sudden repulses me! I feel hungry all the time - and I think that's what is making me nauseous - it's just so hard to find something my stomach will settle with. I've found peanutb___ter on english muffins is really good for me. And potatoes! I hope you start to feel better soon! Drink lots of water!

I'm 6 weeks and feel nauseous most of the time. No appet_te. The only foods I can eat is bread and fruits. For protein I take almond b___ter, they say it's better than peanut. I've been like this for about 2 weeks now... :(
