I have been so afraid of having a tubal pregnancy since my sister had 1 a few mths ago and now Im pregnant and its all I worry about until my 1st doc visit on the 18th of Oct. I was kinda wondering a little bit about it. Would my HPTs be getting darker if it was. I know this is dumb but I can get it out of my head. I dont know what the signs are, the only thing I know is im really gassy and I dont remember that with my 1st baby but its been so long ago 10 years and I cant remember anything about early pregnancy.

Yes your hormones would be going up for a while even with a tubal. The ga__siness is total normal and I didn't get any symptoms until I was 6 weeks pregnant besides sore nipples. If you had a tubal pregnancy, you would experience pretty severe pain in your sides fairly quickly. It is surprisingly common (1 in 40 to 1 in 100 pregnancies) but until you experience abnormal sharp pains in your abdomen or sides (not dull pains-- those are normal) I wouldn't worry. You're probably just fine. Congratulations!

I know how you feel. I still feel like this is just too easy-- something has to go wrong. Just try to relax and take it one day at a time, taking each moment as it comes. Enjoy the time you have with your new little one. I had really bad period-like cramping for a while. Now my sides are sore and achy but I am 15 weeks now and have seen my baby on an ultrasound and know everything is fine or else I'd be worried out of my mind, too!! :)
