I did get headaches with my pregnancies. I guess that is a warning to get you prepared for the baby!

I have been having brutal migraines. It's because I haven't been getting enough sleep or water apparently. Is there anything we can take for it?

I am a sufferer of Migraines, I was on Imatrex before getting pregnant....I usually got them once or twice monthly....since becoming they had ceased or so I thought!! I went two months without one and out of the blue I got a Migraine....my physician prescribed Tylenol 3's with Codine. The day that my migraine started....I just got plenty of rest and did not have a need to take any and it went away on its own.....So hopefully they will remain dormant.

Hi...I am 14 weeks pregnant and had migraine-like headaches starting at about 6 weeks (3rd pregnanch and never had headaches before). OB said it was from dilation of the blood vessels in your head to accomodate the extra blood, but something just didn't feel right. At 13 weeks I went to my primary doctor (not OB) because I couldn't take it anymore...well, guess what? She said I had a sinus infection, prescribed me the Z-pack, and I haven't had a headache since. When I think of all of the suffering I went through, I just cringe. Sinusitis can make you just feel bad all over, but so can early pregnancy, so I couldn't distinguish the 2 issues.
