Morning Sickness Stopped At 8 Weeks

Hey everyone I'm 8 weeks 4 days pregnant today. Since my sixth week I have had some nausea. Yesterday I felt good all day and today as well. I thought around the eight and nine week mark morning sickness should be at its peak?? I just had an ultrasound at 8 weeks and the baby had a heartbeat of 171bpm. I miscarried my first pregnancy and I'm so nervous. Does anyone else's symptoms come and go?

i am 10 weeks exact with twins and at about 8 weeks i started having a couple days with nausea and acouple without. thats where i am at now. before that it started at 6 weeks and i was sick all day every day. it worried me and i called my doc. I had a drop in progesterone and it worried me, but even after the drop it was 61 so my doc said that was ok. at about 8-10 weeks i think is when the placenta takes over and the follicle that released the egg ( has been releasing progesterone in anticipation of the placenta) starts to disappear. progesterone is what makes you sick. so with a slight decrease you wouldn't be as sick. so that's my theory, but im no doc. also, its important to remember that not every one even has morning sickness.
