MS Late In First Trimester

I am currently 12 1/2 weeks pregnant and am just now suffering from ms. Is this normal? I had some nausea but nothing severe before but in the last 4 days I have had severe nausea and have actually been throwing up. It seems odd that my ms has started just when it's supposed to be ending. Any comments are appreciated.

you're sick? Maybe its a bug. Did you call the doctor yet?

I haven't called the doctor. I just figured it was ms because I don't have any other symptoms. I'm not throwing up everything I eat. Its only happened when I ate onions in my meal. I had an aversion to onions earlier in my pregnancy where any time I smelt them I felt nauseous but I never got sick.

nett, You could have pregnancy hormones still in your body, I lost a baby at 12 weeks and felt pregnant after the miscarriage and i also lost a sweet baby girl at 18 weeks 5 days. I would talk to your doctor. Best wishes

Nett-Im in the same boat. I will be 13 weeks tomorrow. My only thought is that the placenta starts working or forming between now and the 14th week and maybe the extra progesterone and estrogen you are sensitive to? Maybe you will get use to it. Yesterday and today I have been feeling dizzy and nauseated... so not sure why.

Thanks Ash, I am actually starting to feel better. I'm still very sensitive to certain smells though. I guess I was freaking out because everyone said I should start to feel great now and instead I was feeling tons worse than I had since I got pregnant. I have a dr. apt. next Thurs. so I will talk to her about it then. I hope you get to feeling better also. Oh, by the way, we are only a day apart from each other. I am 13 weeks today.
