I am currently 9w5d pregnant with twins and I have not gained any weight. My dr is confused and thinks I am not eating enough. But I am eating more than I used to and I do not have any m/s. THe only thing that I can think of, and I am sorry of this is to TMI, but ever since I have been pregnant I have been having 2 bowel movements a day, could this be it? Anyone else have this happen to them? The dr and DH are putting pressure on me and am acting like I am doing something wrong....

This post is a few days old....but at 9 weeks with a single baby I hadn't gained any weight either. I would think you will start to see some weight gain soon, the placenta's are forming now and are complete by 12 weeks, and they have so much blood there is some weight gained at that time. But the babies are so small right now some women have gained some at this point and others don't. I am not familar with twin pregnancies though. Just make sure you are consuming enough calories and eating the right foods and everything should be fine.

Oh, and remind your husband you maybe eating for 3 now but 2 of the 3 only needs 600 calories a day to survive. 300 calories for each baby.
