Do any of you take them? What are the benefits? What if I don't take them? And do i start anytime, or am i too late? ....another thing, just today, a friend told me, taking vitamin D3 pills is also a new requirement, have you heard of this too? does anyone take these as well? i just want to know how common this is first.

I take Omega-3 along with a Prenatal Vitamin. I started the Omega-3 when my Fertility doctor recommended it. The following is a bit of info. I found on the internet...Extensive research indicates that omega-3 fatty acids reduce inflammation and help prevent certain chronic diseases such as heart disease and arthritis. These essential fatty acids are highly concentrated in the brain and appear to be particularly important for cognitive and behavioral function. In fact, infants who do not get enough omega-3 fatty acids from their mothers during pregnancy are at risk for developing vision and nerve problems.
