Pass The Sushi You Can Keep The Meat

Well, I feel better than I have in about three weeks. I think I may be over the ms hump! However, I did a little experiment yesterday and I proved to myself that meat is still giving me diarrhea. TMI, I know, but I just wanted to share in case any of you out there are having the same problem and don't know why. I haven't been able to eat meat (haven't really wanted it ,either) since 5 weeks. I'm almost 10. However, something I am CRAAAAVING is maki sushi! Now, I usually love the raw kind, but have found that california rolls and bbq yellowtail rolls are quite satisfying and totally cooked. I left work and treated myself to a solo sushi lunch at a nearby place that is very clean and friendly, so I ask them to make sure that my rolls touch nothing raw. They are happy to assist! I think they have found a regular customer in me! Anyway, just an update on my gestational habits! I think I'll ask my fiance to take me for sushi for dinner again!

honestly, sushi is so good for you that i really don't feel guilty eating it compared to my other cravings of pizza and mac and cheese. just as long as it's cooked! and you can have a bit of coffee...no more than 12 ounces of caffeinated drinks a day.
