Can placental abruptia occur or be determined in the first trimester of pregnancy. I was told yes, but I can't find any info. to say that it is determined until about 4 months or so.

HI i had a placental tear at 12 weeks. I also had a subcorionic hematoma. It can happen anytime and the less it is the better.I m/c with mine but from what i hear most of them turn out good. The reason i m/c was b/c i pa__sed my blood clot.It came out in pieces well the last piece was bout an inch long.It ended up rupturing my water sac. Most of them resolve themselves though so dont panic. Good luck to u.
