Ok, my birth mother told me not to raise my arms over my head while pregnant in case I strangle the baby. I think it's a bunch of crock, but my job requires me to do this movement a lot. What do you all think of this??? I have a doc appt in a week or so, and wanted a few opinions :)

my husband is vietnamese, and trust me , i have heard it all from raising my hands over my head will wrap the cord around its neck to using a cell phone will expose it to radiation. im really not sure if it is true, but it is worth looking into.
