Serious Question

I had a m/c a few months ago I thought I was 8 weeks but baby only measured 6 weeks and baby had heartbeat but a few days later died. I have a healthy son so my doctor knows I can carry a baby. I know they say they cannot tell you what causes m/c but I can't help to think it was something I did. I was in my last semester of college which was very stressful at that time, I have a 2 year old and lifting him and dealing with his tantrums can be at times stressful and I was also in 2 weddings, and I also had been tanning before I knew I was pregnant, had a few glasses of wine and was using acne products that contained salycylic acied, and bleaching my teeth. I am now pregnant again around 6 weeks and this pregnancy was well planned. I have been taking it extremely easy but can't get it out of my head that this could happen again. Anyone out there with advice would be helpful. I am so tired I can hardly stay awake all day!

Hi Marie, I really know how you feel. I'm going crazy at the moment myself! I had a m/c in November at 7 weeks (baby stopped growing at 5). They say that m/c just happen sometimes..nature's natural selection because the baby had a defect. From what you say there is absolutely no reason to think that you did something wrong. We always feel guilty.. I did and still do. Chances are very slim that you'll have another m/c (this is what I'm trying to tell myself as well) I'm 7 weeks4days...still panicked. Try to relax and enjoy being pregnant. There is nothing you can do except hope for the best and take care of yourself. Whenever you want to talk/vent..I'm here. I'm going through the same worries!

Hello, I was curious if you ladies felt that something was wrong, I'm freaked out myself, but am at nine weeks and still feel a lot of dull cramping in my uterus so I'm a__suming the baby is still growing and healthy.

I thought there might be something wrong when I suddenly lost my pregnant signs (loss of sore b___sts etc). I knew there was something wrong when I started spotting.
