Does anyone have any tricks or advice to boost energy? I'm about 6 weeks and I'm getting so tired. I can literally sleep 14 hours a night and get up be up for two hours and get tired again. Any advice or suggestions is greatly appreciated.

lol take advantage of the fact that you can sleep.. it will go away in the third trimester... Im lucky if I can sleep for like 5 hours a night. anyway, as far as boosting your energy during the day, food food food... eat healthy foods that are energy boosters like citrus fruits, nuts, vegetables, whole grains and tea (be careful about herbal teas though) trail mis is always a good thing to carry around with you because it will boost energy and is a healthy snack. being tired is totally normal especially in early pregnancy, your body is working over time so dont fight it to much, sleep is good for you... but I understand if you work or whatever that you need to be focused and awake lol good luck hon.
