Stomach Ache After Eating

Since falling pregnant every time I eat or drink anything at all, I end up with a really bad stomach ache, like you get after you have eaten something that doesn't agree with you although it is not cramps or pain. I know I am eating what I should but has anyone else had this problem. It is making eating very difficult as I know I am going to be uncomfortable once I have eaten.

Does it possibly feel like bad gas? Are you eating regular size meals? I read that it's recommended to eat 5 or 6 smaller meals, perhaps that would help?

The only time I get an upset stomach is after I eat. I am 7 something weeks and it seems to be getting better.

Just another part of m/s, your digestive system slows down in order for baby to get all the nutrients it can from the food you eat. It should get better a little further you get along, and eating smaller more frequent meals can help speed your digestion.
