Throwing Up

I've been sick and throwing up everyday for the past week. Can anyone suggest any safe remedies that you've tried and found some success. I'm 6 weeks now and waiting for another 6 weeks to let the symptoms let up seems like torture.

Have a ginger biscuit when you feel nausea - also ginger and lemon tea helps - avoid caffeine. Also try the sickness bands

Hi Kennedy, I was very nauseous during my 6th and 7th weeks and the only thing that helped was ginger beer, the real kind with bits of ginger in it. After sipping on it, the nausea would disappear. Dry crackers also helped. Hope this helps.

I had nasuea from week 5 thru 11.5. Nothing i did made me feel better. I tried crackers, ginger, peppermint. Finally after losing weight at 11.5 weeks i woke up one morning and felt great. I had to grin and bear it. Good luck.

One thing that I did was whenever I woke up in the morning...say at 4 am or so, I would wake my husband up and he would get me something small to eat...say an apple or a box of raisins. Then at 7 am when we wake up he would make me a small bowl of Special K and bring it to me in bed, that way I don't get up with an empty stomach. Other than that, I just have to tough it out. I am 10 weeks and still horrible nauseated and cannot wait for it to go away!!! Good luck!!

Thanks. I went and bought the bands today and praying to God that these work. I've been doing the cracker thing and it hasn't helped. I also tried ginger ale...is this different from ginger beer? And ginger biscuit...is this ginger snaps? I haven't tried the lemon and ginger tea but will get right away. I'm willing to try anything.
