Tips For Sinus Problems

Anyone have any tricks to help ease sinus and allergy problems? I'm 12 weeks and my doc told me to take tylenol allergy sinus and it doesn't work worth a damn. Anyone have any ideas?

my doctor told me to take sudafed non drowsy during the day it works really good and i take benadryl at night .good luck

MC -- I thought sudafed wasn't safe until the second trimester?

I'm not sure i just called my docor monday and they told me it was safe but they didn't say there was a certain time period.

i pulled up safe medicines in pregnancy and it had benadryl,sudafed,actifed and no certain trimester.

i use saline nasal spray loke ocean brand. It soothes my nose

Yes, mix 1 tspn salt with a cup of luke warm water and spray or snort it (I know it sounds horrible but when you get desperate...). Help a lot and is a natural remedy.

Thanks everyone! I've been absolutely miserable for the last 3 days. I live in the south and now everything is blooming and killing me! Remind me to never get pregnant during spring ever again!

I love sudafed for sinus problems -- I was afraid to take it due to being pregnant. Great to hear it's safe!
