Uterine Pain

Hi, I've seen a lot of Q&A about cramping in the first trimester, and about it being normal, but for some reason I think my cramping is a little different. This is my 5th week, and last night for the second time in a week I experienced an extreme cramp in one spot. Right in the middle around where my uterus is. It feels like one long, solid cramp that won't budge for about 10-15 minutes. No bleeding. Has anybody experienced this?? I go for ultra sound next week, but am worried. Already been told it's not ectopic. What could it be?

note** It's deep inside, and very low in my abdomen, just about an inch below my belly b___ton. Help, I'm scared.

NOTHING TO B WORRIED ABOUT. I FEEL THE SAME WAY AT TIMES AND SOMETIMES THE PAIN COMES FROM MY SIDES AS WELL. AND IT JUST KEEPS STINGING FOR LIKE 5 OR 10 MINUTES .

I used to have those pains too. What helped me is lying down on my left side or lying back with lots of pillows behind me and kicking my feet up. I'm 25 weeks now, so you have nothing to fear.

Okay, so did it feel like one long constant pain that prompted you to keep moaning and groaning until it was over?
