Volley Ball Amp Running

I`m 29 year`s old and I have my first pregnancy for two weeks.I used to play volleyball and fitness before.Most of the people say you should stop them to avoid misscariage in the first trimesters.is that right? Or it is safe to play volleyball with jumping up & down diving to the ground?what about running on the running machine? I like to do them but I`m really concern about miscarriage! Thanks in advance for your reply.

Hi Versca, I'm now 12 weeks and I can pa__s along my experience and advise, The doc told me now after the 1st trimester you can do the treadmill etc..but not too much. I would be careful early on i must have overworked myself (at home) and i had spottings and so, be on the safe side and take it easy fot the beginning Good Luck and feel good!

Skip the volleyball as the ball could hit you in the belly and cause harm to the baby. You could also fall while hitting the ball. Avoid all excercise/sports if you feel you may be risking the health of the baby. Intuition is crucial while pregnant.
