Weight Gain In 1st Trimester

I have gained 8 pounds during the first trimester. Any help?

Eat for breakfast cerials with rosines and big spoon of honey. That will give you energy and make you full and there is nothing better for your baby. In the evening, for dinner eat at least 2-3 orange and apple. All those things are healthy for you and baby and will not give you extra pounds. They will make your stomach full and you wont eat anything else. ;)
