Why Do I Have Round Ligament Pain So Early

According to my coworkers.....I am having round ligament pains. They are constant and painful! This has been going on for about 2 weeks. Dull aching in bikini area on both sides. From what I've read, this shouldn't occur until 2nd trimester. What the heck is going on? I can't deal with this pain for 30 more weeks. I don't go to the doctor for my appt until next one week from today. What should I do? Anybody know anything that will help?

i'm only about three weeks pregnant from the exact conception day, and i get cramps and those pains your talking about. it really scares me into thinking m/s. i really pray that we're okay and will carry the pregnancy all the way through to a healthy birth.

Thanks crystal....unfortunately I've been diagnosed with a blighted ovum and the doctor is inducing a m/c. It should happen within 2 days. I really hope everything goes well for you. Take care of yourself.

what is a blighted ovum? this means your going to have a m/c? i'm so sorry if that's the case. what happened?

i did not start to feel the round ligemane t pains until about 10 weeks preg. up until then i just had slight back pains, make sure the cramping your having is not followed by bleeding that's not a good sign. good luck.

Just an update. I m/c on June 30th. The pain I was having was NOT normal, and then I began spotting bright red blood. I also had back pain the day before the m/c started. I would be wary of both back pain and groin pain in the first trimester....
