Yoga During Pregnancy

I am trying to find some creative ways to work out during my pregnancy. I am very early now (about 7w3d). I wanted to maybe do yoga and I founda studio that does Bikram yoga. The classes are 90 minutes long and I think you sweat an awful lot. Their website says it's safe, but I wanted to check with all the ladies on this board first. Have any of you ever done this or know if it's not recommended? Just need to find a way to stay in shape since I can't run anymore and my pilates isn't agreeing with all the gas pains!! (sorry, tmi!)

do NOTTTTTTTTTTTTTT do bikram yoga while pregnant! you will overheat and possibly faint......find a prenatal yoga cla__s as there are certain positions that are not recommended for pregnancy. i'm going to start taking one at the hospital i'm going to deliver at. also most cla__ses will want you to wait until your second trimester (as does the one i'm taking...i'm 14 weeks tomorrow and they don't allow you under 12 weeks...and all participants need a doctor's note). walking and stretching are both safe, just NOOOOOOOOOO bikram!
