I am 34 weeks and have a cold right now =( my doc said it's fine to take tylenol cold products as long as they don't say on the label "do not take if you are pregnant"

I got a cold when I was 16 weeks, I was pretty miserable. My doc said I could take tylenol cold and sinus. I just took it one day and then stopped and tried to tough it out. It still makes me nervous taking meds.

You can take Sudafed also. Benadryl if its allergies.

Talk to your doctor. She should be able to give you a list of medicines ok for specific trimesters. You can take some things later in pregnancy that you can not take earlier.

I had the worst cold at 12 weeks. My dr said regular tylenol, regular robitussin, halls, and occasional use of afrin are ok. I asked about Tylenol Cold but she said no because they can raise your blood pressure. Try a vaporizor too it helped me. Feel better & good luck!

I'm 9 mos and dealing with a head cold. My family doctor said that Tylenol Cold is okay (something that he has always prescribed over the last few years).

I am just getting over a bad cold (in sinuses) My doctor gave me a nasal spray and I took one regular tylenol. I also drank lots and lots of fluids! I felt better the next day. Also make sure you are always washing your hands! Hope you are feeling better. It is horrible when you can't take anything!

Had a cold at 32 weeks. I toughed it out and drank myself silly with water and lots of fruit juices, a box of tissues, and lots of fresh air and warm blankie :)). The worst was over in 3 days.

I had a cold before I knew I was pregnant and told my gynecologist I was taking tylenol sever congestion- she told me it was the best thing I could have done. Most tylenol products are okay!
