OK I am 21 weeks tomorrow and I was wondering, if I felt baby kicks it would be in my lower tummy right?? and sometimes when i am laying down, one side of my lower tummy will stick out more the the other, It even feels harder,?? is that normal?? and I just found out that you should not be sleeping on your back, but I have been doing to for awhile? Is that bad??

When one side of your tummy sticks out more and is harder, that's where the baby is, I've been like that throughout my whole pregnancy, for some reason my baby has always preferred my right side, I don't know why, I asked my doc about it and he said that he must be comfy there. The thing with being on your back is that it puts pressure on the veins that supply your baby with oxygen and nutrients, this affects about 35% of pregnant ladies and is accompanied by nausea and shortness of breath, I asked my doc and he said of I wake up on my back, then I should just roll over, but chilling on my back is ok. I love laying flat on my back I can see the baby doing acrobatics, it is the most amazing thing ever, I'm purely fascinated. Hope this helped and good luck!

My little girl loves the lower right. But when she moves more toward the front I't like Bam! To the bathroom we HAVE to go. Earlier tonite It felt like she was rolling around. It really is amazing feeling and see her move. I do have a sonogram pic of her playing with her feet.
