Any Moms That Have Crohn S Disease

Hi everyone i have crohns since i'm 18 years old and now am 28. I been through h__l and back with that disease but for the last year it has been stable (thank god). Although in the last year i could be sick a week from time to time but was completly off medication during that year which is good cause i had been on Prednisone for 8 years before that. Anyways i'm just wondering how you girls feel now that your pregnant ? Are you still sick ?
I had 2 misscariage a few years back and i guess crohns was really bad then it didnt change anything in fact i was more sick then. But this time it's different. I feel like the disease is gone and hopefully for quite a while :) In fact i get constipated for the first time ever lol
