Are Twisting Movements Harmful For The Baby

Somebody has told me that you should try and avoid doing too much twisting during pregnancy. Problem is, I don't sleep very well and throughout the night all I seem to do is twist and turn and sit up and lie back on my side etc. To what extent might all this vigorous movement be harmful to the baby?

Twisting movements are only harmful if they are caused by bungie-jumping from suspension bridges while pregnant. Or, playing naked 'twister' with a man, other than the one who knocked you up. 'Twisting' can also be harmful, if being done at a wedding reception with your great aunt, after a few too many 'toasts' to the bride, in which case, you shouldn't be worried about the baby, cause you're drunk, and have sad taste in music. Come on! Chubby Checker?
