Can Pregancy Cause Elavated Temp

My husband and I bd'ed back on the 23rd when I was to be fertile (I beleive Iwas fertile) but I have noticed that the today it is 98.6 and yest it was 98.2 and that is not a norm temp for me or is it that I am now ovulating and now we should try to get preggo sorry to sound so dumb but it was 12 years ago when my daughter was born so I am a little out of practice :-) any one help me answer this :-) have a great day everyone

Pregnancy causes elevated temps but so does the hormones after ovulation. If you did ovulate on the 23rd though then you would be right on time for implantation to occur causing the slight shift up in yout temp after the drop. Good luck!
