I dont cook at all! Is it ok to eat canned soup and stews, now that they make all the new kinds. I'm thinking something like Campelles Chunky.

As long as you are getting some veggies also. You also have to watch the sodium, canned soups tend to contain a ton of it. Try to eat the low sosium soups if you can.

Take your vitamins, the soups should be okay and like Jen said, get the lower sodium kind. Make sure you are also gettting your calcium.

ok,this may be a little of the subject, Don't know how true it is since I personally have never seen it, BUT hubby's uncle has a lot of chicken farms up north and they said that the campelles' Company people goes and gets the chickens at their farm and take them not in very good conditions, some have been dead for days and they take them like that! That is so sad and disgusting! like I said I don't know how true is this but if it is that means that their company is not the best, especially not the healthier.

I asked my nutriationist and she told me that was a no no to get rid of them reason being that they have a lot of sodium and will make you gain lots of weight and retain water after you have your baby you might want to ask Im just telling you what they told me...she said it was better to cook your own homemade....
