Climate Change

Hello, I´ve just arrived in Central America for three weeks and found out I´m pregnant. I´m wondering whether the extreme weather change (from England to Guatemala) can be harmful. I´m not used to this sort of heat so I´m a bit concerned. Thanks for any advice you can give.

when i was about 15 weeks pregnant my husband decided to take me on one last vacation before i was to far along. we went to a climate that was way hotter than where we lived. i felt great the entire time but the last day there my head started hurting so bad it would make me throw up. after i got home i still had the same headache and ended up going to the ER cause my vision started blurring. at the ER they told me i was extremely dehydrated and the baby was too. so i think if you just drink tons of water you'll be ok. best of luck

I went to Russia in the second month of pregnancy and the temperature was -20. Far colder than I'm used to, but my baby's doing fine.
